If streaming services aren't working, your internet provider or router may be blocking servers. Follow these steps to fix it:

Spectrum- 
Open My Spectrum App or log in at spectrum.net. 
- 
Go to Services > Internet. 
- 
Select your router. 
- 
Tap View All > Security Shield Settings. 
- 
Choose your network, then toggle Security Shield OFF in Advanced Settings. 
 Verizon- 
Open Verizon app. 
- 
Go to Manage Internet Security. 
- 
Turn OFF McAfee protection. 
 AT&T- 
Open AT&T Smart Home Manager app. 
- 
Select Home Network Hardware > Wi-Fi Gateway > Advanced Settings. 
- 
Go to Firewall > Security Options > Disable Security Options. 
 Eero Mesh Wi-Fi- 
Open Eero Secure app. 
- 
Go to Security tab. 
- 
Turn OFF Advanced Security. 
 Xfinity- 
Open Xfinity app or log in at xfinity.com. 
- 
Go to More > My Services. 
- 
Select xFi Advanced Security. 
- 
Click Disable and follow prompts.
